Jamulus 3.7.0.Bookmarks

This is a patch on the 3.7.0. stable release.
What is this?
This patch adds the ability to maintain a list of your favourite servers.
How does it work?
- The Bookmarks dialog is hidden by default, it will show if you either Add bookmark or Load bookmarks file.
- To add a bookmarks you need to connect to a server first. Then click add bookmark.
- To load bookmarks click on the menu item
Story behind this patch
- During WorldJam performances performers need to change servers multiple times.
- As a performer I found this to be not convenient. As you are alredy quite nervous about your performance.
- So I came up with the idea of a server list that could be maintained and used for quick transition between servers. Hence the multiple buttons on the dialog for connecting. Based on feedback from others this idea evolved into a bookmark list.
